3D mock up and animation of La Croix Vans
I wanted to do a project mashing two brands up. I chose La Croix sparkling water and Vans. I created the texture for the can and shoes in Adobe Illustrator. I UV mapped both and edited the textures to fit in Photoshop. In Cinema 4D I used Redshift's node system to texture the shoes and can as well as do the animation.
I chose to style the shoes after the can because, it's just way more interesting than the Van's checker pattern.
I picked a classic pair on van's skate shoes. It's just what I wear.
I uv unwrapped the can and shoes in Cinema 4D and made all the designs in Illustrator. I brought the designs into photoshop to make sure they fit on the UV maps than textured in Cinema 4D.
I wanted something fun and obvious that was mashing up the two brands. I added the secondary particles and puff for a little extra sauce.
